How billing works
EzRouter operates on a prepaid balance model. You add funds to your account using a debit or credit card, and API usage is deducted from that balance.
All top-ups are user-initiated. We do not auto-renew, auto-recharge, or charge your card on a recurring schedule. You are only charged when you explicitly choose to top up.
API credits in your account are a service credit used solely for API consumption on the EzRouter platform. They are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the conditions described below.
Consumed credits
Any API credits that have been used, including tokens consumed, are strictly non-refundable.
Unused balance
If you change your mind after topping up, you can request a refund for the unused portion of your most recent payment within 7 days of that payment.
A standard 5% processing fee will be deducted to cover payment gateway costs.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
After 7 days
After 7 days from the transaction, no cash refunds will be issued. Your unused balance will remain available in your account for as long as your account remains active.
How to request a refund
Contact us at [email protected] with your registered email address and the transaction ID of the payment you want refunded.
We will process eligible refunds within 3-5 business days.
Policy changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active account holders at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
